Paying by bank transfer or mobile wallet

Step by step, from choosing an amount to seeing your credits.

  1. Open Credits (to top up) or Membership (to buy a plan) in your dashboard.
  2. Choose the amount or plan and the payment method for your country.
  3. Make the payment exactly as shown, for the exact amount.
  4. Upload your receipt or a screenshot on the payment page.
  5. Wait for verification: a person checks it, usually within one working day. You will get a notification when your credits arrive.

If your payment is rejected, we will tell you why and you can pay again. Nothing is credited until a payment is verified.
