How credits work
- Credits are the only currency inside Skillovert. Courses, tools, meetings, support, events and certificates are all bought with credits.
- Every account starts with a yearly allowance of free credits. A membership adds the credits of its plan. You can also buy more credits any time.
- The credits an action costs are shown before you confirm. Prices can differ by plan and by tool, and may be changed for future purchases.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are used only on Skillovert.
- Your credit history shows every credit added and every credit spent.
Memberships
A membership (Learner A, Learner B and so on) runs for twelve months from activation and includes the credits and benefits listed for that plan. Grantor plans pay for learner seats and do not include credits. Plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
How you pay
Skillovert accepts offline payments: bank transfer, international transfer and mobile wallets (the methods shown at checkout for your country). To pay: choose a plan or top-up amount, make the transfer shown, then upload your receipt. A member of our team verifies it, usually within one working day, and only then are your credits or membership added. Nothing is credited until payment is verified.
Prices and currency
Credit prices are set in Pakistani rupees and shown in your currency using the rate at the time you create the payment. Bank fees and exchange costs on your side are your responsibility. Make sure you transfer the exact amount shown, or verification may be delayed.
Vouchers
A voucher can reduce the price of a top-up or membership as stated on the voucher. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.
Taxes
Prices include any taxes we are required to charge unless shown otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Problems with a payment
If a payment is rejected we will say why and you can pay again. If your payment is not showing, check that your receipt is uploaded and contact support.
