A grantor is a person or organization that pays for learners’ seats. A grantee is a learner whose seat is paid by a grantor.

For grantors

  • Grants are bought under a contract, in blocks of at least 30 seats, and invoiced and paid by bank transfer. The contract and the invoice are the full terms of the purchase.
  • You see summaries of how the learners you support are progressing. You do not see their identity documents, private messages or personal details beyond what they agree to share.
  • A grant seat that is not used within the period set in the contract may be revoked. Credits and discounts for seat blocks follow the tiers shown when you buy.
  • Impact reports are produced from the grant’s activity and may carry a credit cost, shown before you create or download one.

For grantees

  • Your seat gives you access to what the grant covers. It is not cash and cannot be transferred.
  • You agree that your progress can be shared with your grantor as a summary.
  • If you stop being active, your seat may be returned to the grantor after the period set in the contract.
